一抗
抗体是一类能与抗原特异性结合的免疫球蛋白,免疫反应中抗体与抗原特异性结合,可以标记出靶蛋白并进一步研究蛋白的表达、定位。科研中能与目的蛋白直接结合的抗体称为第一抗体,简称一抗。根据一抗的来源、用途和制备方法一般可分为兔源一抗,鼠源一抗,流式抗体,组化抗体,单克隆/多克隆抗体等等。
