Heterodimer of an alpha and a beta subunit. Beta-5 (ITGB5) associates with alpha-V (ITGAV). Interacts with MYO10. Interacts with DAB2. Integrin ITGAV:ITGB5 interacts with FBLN5 (via N-terminus) (By similarity). ITGAV:ITGB5 interacts with CCN3.
